1. Data controller

Globular Requirement Suppliers OÜ, registered in Tallinn, Estonia (EU), acts as the data controller for personal and technical data submitted through globularco.com.

2. Quote requests

When you send the quote request form, we store the details you enter (name, email, company, phone, project details) and any file you attach, together with the time of the request. We use them only to answer your request and to prepare a quote.

To have your request data removed, email info@globularco.com.

3. Accounts

An account stores your name and email address, and the company, phone and address if you add them. Your password is stored only as a one-way hash and cannot be read by anyone, including us. We email you to confirm your address and when you ask to reset your password.

To close your account and remove its data, email info@globularco.com from the address of the account.

4. Design projects

Your designs are stored in your account and only you can see them. To improve the service, we record the problems our design checks find, for example an error on a page or a step that failed: the kind of problem, its message and the part references it names. These records contain no personal data and not your design itself. When you delete a project, the record of it as an unsolved case is removed as well.
